Please Note that we cannot set up any tents over a septic bed. Please inform us if there are any underground services, ie sprinkler systems, power, gas lines. Locates will have to be completed before our arrival.

If you have chosen a site on your property, and the site is prone to flooding or the grass takes a while to drain when it rains, that site is not ideal. If it rains during your event, flooding or water or mud will be an issue.

All tent prices include set up on grass and sidewalls

Stillwater Sailcloth Tent

Transform your event with our stunning sailcloth tent!! With the rounded ends and translucent top, it adds an elegant beauty to any event. With cherry covered center poles and sidepoles, and clear window sidewalls, we have the stillwater available in 44'x63' or the 44'x44' sizes.

Frame Tents

We also have kedar frame tents included in our inventory. Frame tents are very versatile as they can be installed on grass or asphalt. The kedar frame tents are available in 30' wide and as long as 90' long.

The high peak frame tents are smaller and are perfect for backyard parties, corporate events, festivals and other events. Traditional frame tents use aluminum frame and legs to support the top of the tent. The high peak frame tent are available in 20x20, 20x30, 20x40, 20x60
